Biggest Loser~Week 1

Trying to end the day on a brighter note than it started.
I am joining together with Becky for her first annual Biggest Loser Blogger Challenge!
TheJavaMama
If you are anything like me then you need support.
...and I am not just talking about the kind of support you get from those pantyhose you wear.
Ya'll help keep me motivated.
It's what has helped me lose the 80 pounds I have thus far.
Things like these are what keeps me from falling off the wagon.
It holds me accountable!

Every Monday we will link up and share how it's going and our current stats!

Current weight: 169

Weight as of 7/25 right after having Miss P:  241 pounds

Goal weight: 140

Obviously losing 29 pounds in two months is a big feet.
Especially since my weight loss is starting to slow down.
I would like to lose the remainder of my weight over the next several months.
I really need to start taking more time for me and using that time to plan better meals for myself, exercise, and get more rest overall.

I am a Mother of three after~all so doing this is hard.
It's especially hard when I work full~time, and so does my Husband who has to leave before I even wake in the morning.
I don't get home until after 6PM on a good night and between changing poopy diapers, homework, etc.
HELP ME!
Anybody else going through this????
No, just me?
LOL

Back in July I looked like this...

I now currently look like this...

I am still 10 pounds heavier than I was on my wedding day however...

I just have to remember to stay focused.

Some goals are:
To drink at least 10 16.9 oz bottles of water a day.
Stick to my 1200 calories (even on the weekends).
Limit the booze!
Get at least 3~4 workouts in a week.

Wish me luck and I can't wait to read about ya'll!

  15. You look great and have done awesome with your weight loss but I know it gets hard. My husband leaves for work before we even get up in the morning which means he goes to bed with or before the two kids (usually before). Between work, loving on the kids who I have missed all day and keeping up the house I usually don't stop until 9:00 at night and then I need sleep to get up by 6:00 the next morning to do it all again. I struggle with finding time to work out and eat right

  16. Popping over from the link up. 80 pounds! That's amazing! Congratulations! You look great!

Many of us struggle with time management. I work full time as well and then have to shuttle my 2 boys to this practice, that lesson, etc., then home to fix dinner (if I haven't picked up some fast food), do homework, laundry, etc. Finding time to fit in work outs or any kind of time for me is extremely hard to do. You seem to have carved out some time, so I'm hopeful that I'll soon be able to figure something out without having to wake up at 4a.m. I don't sleep enough as it is.)

Best of luck to you in this journey. You've done so well already, I'm sure you'll reach your goal in no time.
