I can't move.
Sitting on the toilet is a serious obstacle for me at the moment.
If you want to not be able to move with me just do the following.
I took an Epsom Salt bath last night that was heaven until I realized I actually had to get up and out of it.
Today I think I am just going to focus on my arms and let my legs rest.
Yesterday I didn't do horrible but I didn't do great either.
Obviously this is trial and error and there will always be room for improvement.
I am struggling with getting enough protein packed foods in my diet that keep me fuller longer.
I hate these things that say, "If every day were like today..." blah blah blah
It always tells me I will be in the 150's in 5 weeks...
That day has still yet to come.
As much as I have said it isn't about a number don't think I wont be doing a major celebration when I hit those 150's.
One thing I have noticed this week with eating cleaner and working out more regularly than I was before is 1. I am sleeping like a baby at night. Literally my head hits the pillow and I am out until my alarm goes off and 2. I have barely drank any coffee. I honestly haven't wanted it. I will get my cup in the morning at my Husband's work, drink it on the way to work, then throw the rest away.
If you know me at all you know that both of these things are HUGE.
Today I am most certainly considering giving the ol' legs a rest. Between the above workout and running the two other days they are wrecked.
Arms and abs I think will be my focus!
Oh and stretching LOTS OF STRETCHING!

Tonight we are headed with the gang to the NKU boys basketball game.

I said I wasn't going to drink but dammit an ice cold burrrr with my franddssss sounds awfully good right now.
