Yes, I am in fact, still living.
Barely...
The Hell Virus of 2014 struck me, and struck me hard might I add, Sunday night into Monday morning.
I haven't left my bed more than to go to the bathroom in the last two days.

HORRIBLE.
I honestly didn't weigh myself this morning because I was in a fog from just feeling so sick and tired still.
I somehow at least managed to pull myself together enough to look half way presentable for work.
I will be doing my final pictures tonight and weigh-in tomorrow for the 10 day cleanse.
I know there is a difference.
I can tell there is a difference.
I actually hit 159 this past Saturday.
You couldn't get the shit eating grin off my face if you tried.
So I am not sure what the scale will say tomorrow.
But it's okay.
There for a while I seriously thought that I would NEVER get out of the 160's.
But now that I have I know that nothing is impossible.
Just don't ever give up.
Half Marathon training starts next week.

To say I am scared would be an understatement.
But...
I know nothing is impossible.
My mind and heart are 100% in.
And honestly I cannot wait to cross that finish line come May 4th.

PS I didn't get to watch it yet but the pictures of Rachel from the Biggest Loser Finale last night leaked and I am horrified.

I have always loved and supported The Biggest Loser but these pictures just absolutely have me in shock.

ReplyDeleteWoo hoo! I hit the 150's this weekend too! :) yay us! Good luck with your half training. I've got the Rock n Roll Half coming up at the end of March. Its a lot of fun, live music at every mile and free beer at the end.

I watched the Biggest Loser too and I was just as shocked. I think she should take that winning money and buy some food, she could gain 15 pounds and still look amazing!
