Uh, when I'm stressed/emotional I either cry or work out (: hahaha you're doing good girl! Still thinking about you!
I'm having an awful time lately with the Halloween candy. I'm limiting myself to 3 pieces a day but geez, I can't wait for the Trick or Treaters to come and get all this stuff out of my house! Wonderful job with focusing on yourself and the gym instead of giving into all those temptations. Maybe you can help curb them with a cinnamon roll protein shake instead of the ice cream? It may help with the craving plus it's so much healthier for you than the i.c.!
Good for you for staying motivated to workout your frustrations and stress instead of eating your way through them. I have been thinking of you and hoping things are going better and get better over time!

Hola! Love that you are staying motivated to eat right and keeping those workouts in check! Woot Woot!!! Hmmm...when I'm stressed, or over emotional I not only cry like a baby I drink like a fish! No...just kidding (somewhat)...I unfortunately eat crappy and yes cry like a baby (and sometimes drink a bottle of wine). I'm working on changing this though to working out more!!! Am I ready to be tested...no...not just yet :)Anyway, keep up the great work and you will continue to rock. (((((hugs)))))
